Each questionnaire is studied in detail and, if necessary, immediate corrective action is taken. The certification of all hotels
Every year, in addition to the evaluation of client questionnaires, INTER-HOTEL makes an anonymous control (via a «mystery visit») of the quality of the hotels in the network, thereby guaranteeing a general quality standard for all INTER-HOTEL establishments.

INTER-HOTEL has been accorded the use of the label Qualité Tourisme by the Ministry of Tourism, for the hotels in the chain, subject to the respect of a number of criteria, measured at the time of the annual mystery visit. Today, more than 80 % of INTER-HOTEL hotels have the “Qualité tourisme” label at the entrance to their establishment.
INTER–HOTEL was one of the first hotel chains to be recognised by the Ministry of Tourism for this label. It highlights tourism professionals who are committed to strict quality controls. It forms part of the “Plan Qualité France” of the Ministry of Tourism, the objective being to maintain France in its position as world leader as a tourist destination.
HOTELCERT and ECOLABEL
INTER-HOTEL can direct hotels who want to become certified through their own efforts as HotelCert and Ecolabel.
The HotelCert label is a certification of quality initiated by professionnels of the French hotel industry. Created in 2001, its a registered label. It is based on a control audit which takes place every 18 months.

Born in 1992, Ecolabel was created at the initiative of the European Union. This standard, represented by a flower symbol, is aimed at helping consumers recognise products and services which are more favorable towards the environment. All products with the "Flower” have been verified by independent organisations. This label does not only concern the hotel industry. It is used by twenty groups of different products.
