These conditions apply to any booking made via website www.inter-hotel.com, www.ptitdej-hotel.fr and www.qualys-hotel.fr in any of the hotels belonging to the Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie (SEH), for the individual customer (except Group bookings).They are part of the contract. Offers and booking conditions are valid on the day of consultation. They are periodically updated, however all reservations will be honoured on the date of stay, according to the specified conditions at the time of booking.
Each time you book you will receive a reservation number which you will need to quote in case of cancellation or change of reservation.
You can book on www.inter-hotel.com, www.ptitdej-hotel.fr and www.qualys-hotel.fr even for an arrival on the same day. No limitation is made in early bookings as long as hotels have rates and availabilities. If you book late in the afternoon for the same day, we do recommend you to rather call our Reservation centre, so that we can make sure that the hotel is fully aware of the booking lately made.
Rooms are reserved from 2 PM until 12 Noon the following day.
Your reservation is confirmed irrespective of arrival time. However, in case of arrival after 8 PM, you must contact the hotel directly in order to obtain the access code. Every reservation is guaranteed by credit card.
All the prices are shown in Euros. VAT is always included. Certain services may be subject to a supplement. Rates may change, in which case neither the Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie (SEH) nor the hoteliers represented can be held responsible. In some towns, published rates are subject to a local tax, to be paid on the spot.
Credit cards accepted include VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express (depends of hotels). Your credit card serves as a guarantee for your reservation. Your card will not be debited on-line, except in the circumstances listed below. The total cost of your stay must be settled directly with the hotel.

In order to guarantee the security of payment on line, the Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie (SEH) uses the secured payment system SSL, which protects all your personal data. The security method SSL is thereby able to guarantee the confidentiality of all information sent from your navigator to the server thanks to a coding system activated at the time of payment.
Any complaint must be sent to the Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie (SEH) by registered letter within 15 days following the date of stay.
Details activities have been supplied by individual hotels. The Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie (SEH) has published these in good faith. However, it may occur for reasons beyond our control that services or activities are suspended or cancelled without the Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie (SEH) head office being informed.
The Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie (SEH) understands by unforeseen circumstances (“Force majeure”), any unpredictable or unavoidable event preventing either the customers, or the travellers, or the agency or the suppliers of services involved in the journey, from executing all or any obligations foreseen by the contract. In addition, strikes by transportation suppliers or hotel staff, uprising, revolt and any restrictions applied by government or public authorities. “Force majeure” will result in the suspension of execution of mutual obligations.At the same time, each party will be responsible for any and all costs incurred as a result of “force majeure”. Travellers will be responsible for any additional costs they may incur by continuing their journey after “force majeure” is declared.
Under French Law 78-17 “Information and Liberties”, customers are advised that personalised booking details are stored in a database. You have the right to access and modify any information by contacting the Société Européenne d'Hôtellerie (SEH) offices.
